PTR1 - Cannot login. Thought this problem had been fixed....... Gets to about 90% login progress on the screensaver and freezes.

Same for me. Cannot access PTR3

PTR3 is impossible to get into. I have tried for a couple of hours in Chrome and Edge and just locks up all the time. A special treat for End Game perhaps???

Same applies for PTR 1 & 2

Bonus videos to obtain Pollux upgrades, still needs some work.

Many more then 28 videos need to be watched to get the 2nd bonus.

1st & 2nd bonus videos appear to be working although still there seems to be regular timeouts on the 21785 video.

I have had one Pollux bonus screen from 30 videos. It seemed to be locked on era3 goods and unable to change it to a different upgrade. When I closed that window I checked the Pollux detail which showed no sign of any upgrades but this was in PTR2 which is now on era 4, so perhaps the upgrade worked in allowing era 3 goods? How would I know?

Great idea Pia, just make sure you test it til it breaks, BEFORE it is released. If it breaks, then fix it.

Further on this, I have just completed an experiment of watching 28 videos on my station and those of association players, with the following results:

Total bonus and special bonus videos watched - 29 (??? what is the difference between bonus and special bonus???)

Number of reloads for first videos - 11 due to locked screen in video 21785

Number reloads for second video - 13 also due to video 21785

Number of restarts due to white screen at the completion of the 2nd video - 7 (my station)

Number of restarts due to white screen when watching video in another players station - 6

And the most important result:

Number of Pollux upgrades received - zero, 0, none, nix

At this point I gave up and parked to Pollux.

Total time taken over 2 hours overall.

Well done developers, hopefully this is the low point in your attempts to release a game upgrade, but I suspect it will not be.

The message advising that there are upgrades in the first 28 video's is wrong. I have watched more than 28 videos and only received one upgrade, which did not register so could not be loaded to train anyway

Do you guys ever test the improvements??????

New bonus video does not display the award in certain circumstances. Probably the bonus engine upgrade......

Dictionary definition of "GAME" - an activity that one engages in for amusement or fun

My question for the developers. "How much fun do you think there is in having to continually reload the game and still not be able to access it"?

How times do you have to reload PTR1 in order to get the game to work??????

I am up to 28 so far and I still cannot get into it.

FIX IT - PLEASE

This is where the load uo stops, but it must still be loading in the background because as soon as I click the mouse button I can then see the game map, but then I am clicking in and outside the game to do anything.

Please fix

When I try to log in to the PTR1 server, the screen seems to freeze when it is about 90% through the initial load. When I hit the F12 key it comes up as no manifest (see attached) but then it finishes loading and I can see the game map.

However when I try to select anything the screen freezes and the only way to unfreeze the screen is the mouse click outside the game window. And for every individual action I need to always click outside the game window, i.e. in an extended windows home screen. So if I want to service my trains it takes about 6 separate clicks in the game window and outside the game window.

Basically the game is unplayable for me??????

Due to the brain numbing requirement of having to watch the same videos with boring regularity, why don't you give us a break and perhaps after we have watched the same video 10 times, we get the bonus without having to watch the videos and then reset back to zero?

Keeps happening, mostly when trying to access the research menu after logging in.

Perhaps the XXL-300 will be rolled out on the PTR servers as well?
