In the Association widget:
Shopping centre button is red for a player with full bank account. Collection of gold for the player is not possible.
"Bonus cannot be collected, since the account limit would be exceeded."
As the bonus is gold, it doesn't matter if the player's bank is full. It should always allow collection, the same as for prestige points.
(In the player's Train station, collection IS possible)
