Dear players,
From now on, multi-account reports and complaints about insults will also be handled by the normal live support on the PTR servers.
For the PTR servers, a small workaround must be used.
If you think that a player is acting against the rules, you can click on the player name in a conversation in the messenger or chat and use the player report function there.
Please remember that Live Support cannot give any advice on how to proceed with such reports.

ab sofort werden Multi Account Meldungen sowie Beschwerden über Beleidigungen auch auf den PTR Servern vom normalen Live Support behandelt.
Für die PTR Server muss dazu ein kleiner Workaround genutzt werden.
Wenn ihr denkt, dass ein Spieler sich gegen die Regeln verhält, könnt ihr in einer Konversation im Messenger oder Chat auf den Spielernamen drauf klicken und dort die Player Report Funktion nutzen.
Bitte denkt daran, dass auch der Live Support keine Aussage über das weitere Vorgehen bei solchen Meldungen geben kann.
