Building track AFTER connecting City - too expensive!

I could SWEAR that I read about this somewhere else... (was it in another PTR-World??)

- well, it is the same in PTR3 now, as well:

I connected a third City.

- the track that goes OUT of the city, shows a correct price with the mouse-over... but request the price of city-connection, when clicked on. (x8)
