something strange seems to happen in Endgames.
Preset: RN said that the new rules are that each city has to haul a certain amount according to its inhabitants. The amount will be the same, no matter whether the city is on rank 1 or 10 when entering Endgame. Calculation of players is done once a day at 2 am CEST. This is to make it more fair to the players.
Now look at the attached table for PTR2, numbers taken as of 7.23 GMT on 12/06/2020:
There is Dallas that has to haul 1238.5321 tons per player in the city (# of players = 109)
Then there is Boston that has to haul 2050.0000 tons per player in the city (# of players = 20)
All other cities have numbers that are in between these two cities whereby the average amount to haul by the 10 cities is 1673.35249 tons
This is a huge difference, especially as Boston had city level 41 and Dallas city level 42 when entering endgame.
I understand that some players move and connect to cities even after the 2 am CEST player calculation.
However, I do not think that at least 20-25 players moved or connected to Dallas since 2 am CEST this morning. So why has Dallas such a significant lower tonnage to deliver to its city?
Likewise: What happened in Boston? The number of active players cannot have decreased by over 20/25 players overnight, or? Or which reason is given for the city having to haul so much significantly more? It cannot be their city level either as they were below Dallas in city level.
In addition, about the same happened in the endgame on PTR1 that started a day earlier and is now finished
I assume something is wrrong in the calculations. Please check.
