log on impossible without uninstall and reinstall

every time i log off , I have to reinstall the game to log on again, because i get a windows message saying game has stopped when i use the desktop icon.

windows seven , chrome and firefox hp pavilion laptop.

navigation is unbearably clunky and slow

not possible to park engine to sell current waggons to buy different ones

ok the login seems to be working. if you use the link in the start up menu rather than the desktop.

navigation much smoother and faster

When I log in today I just get the map screen with no way to get me to the station view or any other view. stuck on map view.
