auf ptr1 und ptr 2 bekomme keinerlei Videos, oben links in der Ecke erscheint immer die Nummer 21785. Beim allerersten Versuch nach dem Update gabs noch ein Video, aber seitdem sind täglich noch 112 offen. Auf ptr3 habe ich auch meist 21785, ganz gelegentlich kommet eine andere Nummer mit einem Video. Der Pollux auf ptr2 fährt ganz traurig mit einem Anhänger, ebenso der auf ptr1.

1st & 2nd bonus videos appear to be working although still there seems to be regular timeouts on the 21785 video.
I have had one Pollux bonus screen from 30 videos. It seemed to be locked on era3 goods and unable to change it to a different upgrade. When I closed that window I checked the Pollux detail which showed no sign of any upgrades but this was in PTR2 which is now on era 4, so perhaps the upgrade worked in allowing era 3 goods? How would I know?

die Videos laufen ja fast einwandfrei inzwischen, aber wenn das erste Video fertig ist, kommt dieser Bildschirm "Sonderbonus sichern". Dieser Bildschirm wird mit einer gefühlten hohen Verzögerung angezeigt. Kann das noch verbessert werden?

21785 scheint ihr ja entfernt oder repariert zu haben, hier nun die nächste Leiche im Videokeller: 24750. Bei dieser Nummer musste auf den 3 ptr Servern ständig ein neues Video geladen werden. Allerdings klappte das meist, wenn es zum zweiten Mal 24750 gab dann war das selten.

24750 ist immer noch da, was für eine Zeitverschwendung dann immer neue Videos starten zu müssen. Was auch immer es ist, entfernt es bitte.

New problem with bonus videos

+ that video problem. Game freezes quite often, just black screen. Even meanwhile watching those videos... so no bonus.

wie bereits gesagt, keine videos möglich..

24750 auf allen 3 PTR Servern bleibt am laufenden Band die Videosuche immer dort hängen und man muss reloaden, das passt nicht zusammen, wenn man ein neues Bonusvideosystem testet, aber die Videos nicht laufen.

Das Video funktioniert schon seit Wochen nicht, wurde auch schon mehrfach gemeldet. Ich bezweifle, dass ein weiterer Thread dazu etwas bringt

same issues - some videos play, some don't. when closing the bonus prize window screen goes black and have to reload game.

ad 21781 is still not loading and it seems that is the ad that RN most wants me to watch!! constantly having to reboot and reload

Still having issues with videos. arrows got to 80% viewed instantly and freeze, Today the Pollox upgrades are showing 4 available but the bonus video has offered me money and the second time a reduced price (20 Gold) Lottery ticket. One successful upgrade received today despite 6 attempts - 3 on my own bonus 3 on other team members.
