Problems with bonus videos - Report thread

same issues here, i have watched 16 videos and only had 3 upgrades to pollux, also 21781 still not playing

got a new problem this morning

videos play - i have watched 5 with no issues. Still waiting for the 4th pollux upgrade. but now the 6th video plays until the end and then i get the below screen. nothing happens and when i cancel it i have to restart the video. seems to be on a constant loop now.

Video 21781 not working, despite numerous reports the problem has been with us for 8 months!!!!

Schaltet doch bitte endlich Video 24750 ab, bei den letzten 9 Video war das 5mal dabei. Diese Video wurde schon vor Wochen gemeldet und ist immer noch da, das nervt jetzt wirklich langsam.

Please get rid off video 24750, in my last batch of 9 videos I got stuck with that one 5 times. This video has been reported weeks ago and it's still here, it's really annoying.

the bonusvideo let play only 4 different video, it is boring to watch always the same videos

PTR1 movies of the Hotel don't give a reward also when i look 6 times to them

shopingcentre and restaurant are ok

You have to restart, then the function is back for a while.

New problem with videos. Looking (and reloading of course), I can watch at same station building same videos over and over again, but never get any bonus. this started today.

Edit, and all works now. I didn´t do anything to computer even. Problem was few hours ago.

I wanted to explain the problems we have with the videos at the moment to you as far as I could.

Due COVID-19 many companies have financial problems and can't effort to invest as much money in marketing etc. as they normally would do.

Due this circumstance the amount of advertising partners and videos is at the moment much lower than normal. That causes that it often takes much longer until a Video is found that you could watch.

We all hope that the situation with COVID-19 improves as soon as possible, but we can't influence it and also if the countries manage to get COVID-19 under controll, the financial damaged companies doesn't recover instant from their problems. So noboday could tell at this point, when the situation will get better.

I have 21781 video, what never works. Always have to stop and reload again. And by the way, all the commercial videos all Travian games - such as RN. I have seen only two vids few times from region that i live. Couple eras ago, and now 2 times. And i do realise and understand that companies that want to ad here, have problems with finance at these bad times. All over the world.

Never the less, that 71781 vid is most bugging peace of ... Dunno if that other video get problems, not for me, if i ever have seen it. Probably i have seen, dont remember.

... same to me - I've just lost more than 20 vids!

Although the vids theirselver are o.K. at the end you won't get a bonus (neither for the Pollux nor any other one) and there is no stop but a recall for the bonus-vid ... so you loose many vids w/o getting any bonus!!

The video 24750 is not played. It was the same on PTR 3.

Engine upgrade video for the Hotel is stuck in a 'Play Video' loop and won't move on.
